General

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes! If you would like to submit a purchase order, please send it to angela@storytellingfun.com. Purchase orders must be submitted on an official letterhead.

Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently only ship within the United States and Canada.

How long does shipping take?

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days depending on the item. If you should need faster shipping, please send a request for expedited shipping to angela@storytellingfun.com . We will do everything possible to get you your products in time.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a USPS Tracking # as soon as your package is shipped. Orders are shipped from Colorado.

Returns

How do I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. Please send an email to angela@storytellingfun.com requesting return instructions. There is not a re-stocking fee, however, customer pays for all return shipping fees.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your returned items are received, we will issue you a refund within 2-3 business days.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes. You can exchange your items for something else. However, the customer is responsible to pay for all shipping charges.
